Soldier proposes marriage, but dials the wrong number (Video)
A 44-year-old mother of three got a rather surprising voice-mail message: a marriage proposal. An emotionally charged solider called his pregnant girlfriend Samantha and left a message rife with longing. Only he dialed the wrong number and got Diane Potts instead. In the message, the solider says he had just lost a friend in battle, and then, after declaring his love for Samantha, asks her to marry him. It's a heartstrings-tugger. Potts released the message in the hopes that Samantha would hear it. Are you out there, Samantha?
(Caveat: Like all viral Internet videos, the voice mail could be an elaborate hoax. But if it is, someone needs to get this guy an Oscar.)
