Snowball turns into VA felony
Saturday afternoon, two James Madison University students partook in a winter tradition -- throwing snowballs. Only their snow-packed missiles were aimed at a city snow plow and an unmarked Harrisonburg police car.
Apparently, the officer in the car did not think the snow attack was funny and charged each student with felony unlawful throwing, the Daily News-Record reports. The two students, both 21, are scheduled to appear in court later this month, according to charging documents.

Well, at least this police officer just charged them instead of pulling a gun (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/12/20/AR2009122000881.html).
