Spring breaking it down!

Everything that you just love about spring break -- trashy cowboy hats, spring break-ups, super seniors, wet T-shirt contests, funneling drinks, Mexican jails, bad tan lines -- come together in a You Tube video that just went up, Spring Break It Down.

The hilarious video (which is covertly an ad for Muscle Milk) features three guys rapping about their trip "to a beach town" -- and lots of aviator sunglasses, Mardi Gras beads, sideways baseball caps and faux hawks.

A preview of the chorus:

"Spring breaking it down! And pumping our fists! I should probably see a doctor when I get home from this trip."

"Spring breaking it down! Check out my dance moves! I need to find a Chinese dude to translate my tattoo."

And, the video points out, spring break doesn't have to go down on a packed beach in Florida or Mexico.

"I'll spring break anywhere! Yeah man, Toledo. Duluth. Wyoming. Des Moines, in the house!"
