Alcohol-related hospital trips double at U-Md.

The semester has only just begun at the University of Maryland, College Park, but already 19 students have been transported to the hospital for alcohol-related reasons.

WSJ: U.S. companies favor state school grads

The Wall Street Journal has released its own college rankings, based on a survey of recruiters who make new hires for 479 of the country's largest public and private companies, nonprofits and government agencies. The survey found that state universities were the favorite.
