Georgetown isn't first college to find drug lab

Police discovered a methamphetamine lab inside a Georgetown University freshman residence hall and evacuated the building early Saturday morning. Georgetown isn't the first university to find a drug-making laboratory on or near campus.

Georgetown GraceNotes celebrate 30 years of singing, friendship

This spring I sat down for lunch with the ladies of the GraceNotes in Georgetown. We talked about the history of the group, the difficulty some women's a cappella groups face in a time when coed groups are growing, their most recent CD and their favorite songs to perform.

Four Loko --'blackouts-in-a-can'-- banned by NJ college

Four Loko -- fruity energy drinks with 12 percent alcohol -- started popping up on college campuses this spring. The 23.5 oz cans sell for less than three bucks each and come in 10 flavors, including blue raspberry and fruit punch.
