Lineup Shakeup for Caps
In the wake of last night's 2-1 loss to Carolina, Coach Bruce Boudreau has shuffled the lineup and realigned the power play units. Here are the new forward combos: Ovechkin-Backstrom-Kozlov (back together again) Fleischmann-Laich-Semin (Laich promoted again) Brashear/Laing-Steckel-Bradley (Laing odd man out?) Pre-Game Notes and Tonight's Lineup vs. Carolina
Brent Johnson will oppose Cam Ward in goal tonight against Carolina in what's likely the biggest game of the Caps' season so far. Steckel Comes Home (Sort of); Tonight's Lineup
While tonight's game in Columbus is big for the Caps, it's absolutely huge for David Steckel, who played four years at Ohio State just down the road. The checking line center said he's got more than two dozen friends and family members coming to Nationwide Arena to see him play...

In desperate need of some secondary scoring after being shutout for the second time in three games on Saturday, the Caps recalled prospect Eric Fehr from Hershey today. The 6-foot-4, 212-pound right wing, who missed 10 months with a mysterious back ailment, has been assigned to the first line with...
