Bruce Boudreau Among Jack Adams Finalists
Boudreau, the man who turned a last place team into Southeast Division champs, was named one of the finalists for the Jack Adams Award moments ago. The other finalists are Detroit's Mike Babcock and Montreal's Guy Carbonneau.
I really don't see how Boudreau isn't the coach of the year honors given his peronal story of perseverance and what he did for a young Washington team that was going nowhere fast under Glen Hanlon. But if the award goes to Babcock or Carbonneau, blame the broadcasters. They vote for this one.
