I was just at the morning practices and I could have sworn that I actually saw JT sitting up on the balcony. Guess not!

This morning was a practice which was your typical practice. I heard that a couple of guys were banged up after yesterday's scrimmage. Andy Boudreau is obviously out and I think that Beagle and Perrault were missing from this am's practice.

I'll confirm... I'm heading out there right now for a WPL 1-on-1 withe Jose and we'll be running the interview during tonight's shoe (5-6pm EDT)

Greg S -- Even if there is no scrimmage, I would go to a practice. The kids are way more relaxed. I find that if you hang out for a little bit after organized practice you can see some pretty cool candid moments.

Unfortunately not. I've got other plans for the evening, as well as Saturday. That was my warm-up for training camp.

After watching the Neuvirth, Varlamov and Alzner interviews on CapsTV, I've donned my Ovechkin shirt and I'm psyched and ready to watch some scrimmage action at the KCI this afternoon!

They're invitees, which is why they aren't on the site. I'll post a copy of the full roster that I got from yesterday's scrimmage once I get home (in about 1/2 hour or so).

Not sure about the schedule coming out today -- I think lately they've done it the day after the MLB all-star game, probably because there's less news so it gets more attention. That would be next Wednesday, July 16.
