City to Honor Ovechkin -- If He Wins
If Alex Ovechkin wins the Hart Trophy tomorrow in Toronto, Mayor Adrian M. Fenty will present the all-star with a key to the city during a fan celebration in Washington on Friday. The celebration will be open to the public and will begin at 4 p.m. on the steps of the Wilson Building.
