Finley Sidelined
Joe Finley, the defenseman-turned-winger who was looking good before suffering an injury on Day 1 of rookie camp, is not on the ice today. It's unkown how much time the former first rounder will miss, a team official said. But Finley is able to do off-ice conditioning, so the hip/groin tightness he's battling probably isn't too serious.
On another note, Semyon Varlamov just spoke to the media. I'll have a transcript soon.

Finley is doing "off-ice conditioning."
Translation: he's out back tossing lawnmowers and old chairs.
Can we nickname him El Toro?

large23220 posts like he's drunk or doesn't realize he's yelling. *shrug* Lindsey didn't go anywhere. Tarik's finally got more hockey stuff to report again, I suppose. =)
