Giroux Recalled
Left wing Alexandre Giroux has been recalled from Hershey and could replace Ben Clymer in the lineup tonight against the Maple Leafs. Clymer suffered a strained groin muscle in the second period of last night's 4-3 shootout loss in Boston.
Just in case you've lost track, that was the Caps' ninth straight defeat.
Yikes.
On a positive note, I'm chatting online at 2 p.m.

Tarik, thanks for your online chats. Your work is the only positive and bright thing left to enjoy in this train-wreck season. Thank you, thank you, thank you...

Giroux looks like a keeper. A bright spot as the team of Bears eases into a hibernation at season end.

Giroux looks pretty good. Just when I thought we had seen most all of the Bears called up at one point or another. Do the Caps have any other players in their pipeline, other than Backstrom, who we have not seen yet?

Thanks, guys.
As for Monday, no need to DVR, that's not my day to go on the show. I'm not sure when I'm going to debut because of the upcoming road trip.

I saw a report that Fehr had been officially recalled, too. Any chance we might see him in the next game or 2?
