Johnson Suits Up
With this morning's pregame skate winding down, goalie Brent Johnson just stepped onto the ice in full pads for the first time since having hip surgery in early February. He's gone down into the butterfly a couple times, and he's facing some soft shots from teammates.
He still appears far from being ready to return to practice. But he's certainly making progress. I hope to catch up with him at some point later on.

@lylewimbledon - Johnson goes UFA at the end of the season this year. SO polite of you to ask that as your first question instead of a resounding:
YAY, JOHNNY! Glad to hear he's up and skating, even if it's just a little! :)
