Report: Bank Sues Fedorov
According to a report in The Macomb Daily, Sergei Fedorov was sued for more than $2 million Monday in Macomb County (Mich.) by a bank that says the Caps center has failed to repay loans he took out four years ago.
Citizens State Bank says Fedorov owes it $2.1 million in connection with a $1.75 million loan in December 2004 and a $500,000 loan four months later according to legal documents filed in Macomb County Circuit Court.
The lawsuit does not say why Fedorov obtained the loan.
