Semin Not Practicing
Alexander Semin, who missed Friday's opener in Atlanta with a sprained ankle, then returned for Satuday's 2-0 victory over Carolina, is not practicing with the team right now. He also only took two shifts in the third period against the Hurricanes.
Matt Bradley has replaced him on the right side of the second line alongside Michael Nylander and Nicklas Backstrom.
Not sure if Semin aggravated his ankle, but it appears that way. Also, Coach Glen Hanlon doesn't usually play guys who don't practice the day before a game. So Semin might not play in Monday's matinee on Long Island.
Update:Hanlon just said he doesn't expect Semin to make the trip to Long Island.
Update:Confirmed: Semin out. He did not travel with the team.
