I can hear the hum of dehumidifiers now. No longer will the VC ice be the laughing stock of the league!

Ted, can now get some Dogfish Head IPA 60 on Tap? It would really be fitting drinking my favorite beverage and watching the CAPS hoist the Cup.

Cooling down and drying out the building should be no problem this April. When the Wiz play you can hear a pin drop in the arena. There's not alot of bodies generating heat on non hockey days. Although Alicia Keyes is there tonight.

two words:

$2 beers

(just had to beat S-A town to it)

I think owning the ticketmaster franchise is going to be a big impact, though I don't see anything about it in the report. Should be able to increase the margins on ticket sales without increasing prices to get there. Also, I'd appreciate it if Ted could relieve us from having to pay to print out tickets or e-mail them.

Way to go Ted......Here is to the thought of having excellent ice at Home.

Prediction.....Caps a little flat because of last nights emotional /OT victory. Varly helps with a big effort and the guys re-group have a good third period and win tus clinching the club record for points.

As discussed, effect for CAPS would be better ice and perhaps a break on ticket prices. It is, of course, huge for the WIZ in so many ways.

Mr. Leonsis,

Please revive the Wizards as you have done with the Capitals.

I just hope this doesn't pull any resources away from the Caps. Rebuilding the Wiz will be more difficult than turning Chrysler into a functioning company.

in basketball all you need to turn things around is ONE player... say Ted somehow manages to sign Lebron in the offseason and dumps Gil and his contract

that's all you would need to start to turn things around

God I hope Teddy doesn't inherent the dark cloud of the Bullets/Wizards.
Time to bring back the name Bullets.
The Red & White & Blue color scheme like the Caps.

But once again don't bring over the stink from the current Wiz. EWWWWWW.

I for one support our new sport and entertainment overlord.

Caps lose same day Teddy buys the Wiz. The Wiz curse continues.

agree with Rocc00 100% back to the Bullets and RED,WHITE & BLUE uni's and clean house and get some respectable players! I have never been to a gizzards game but have seen the Bullets play at the Cap center, i might just have to check out Uncle Teds team if he does this!!!!
