Tonight's Lineup: Caps at Rangers (Updated)

As you've probably seen by now, rookie goalie Simeon Varlamov came onto the ice first for warm-ups, which means he'll make his second straight start for the Caps. Henrik Lundqvist, of course, will start for the Rangers, who are looking to take a 3-0 lead in this Eastern Conference quarterfinal series.

Based on warmups, the rest of the Caps' lineup should look like this:

Brashear took the warm-up, but did not do any line rushes.

If anything changes -- there could be one -- I'll post an update.

Update:As suspected, Coach Bruce Boudreau had one more trick up his sleeve. None of the lines Boudreau showed in the warm-ups are accurate. Brashear is, in fact, in the lineup and Nylander is out, according to the official lineup that was just handed out.

The rest of the lines look to be scrambled as well. The starting line is Fleischmann-Backstrom-Semin.

Update:The other lines look like this:

I'll have more after the game.

I hope these aren't the real lines, because they stink. Kozlov needs to get off the first line and Nyls/Flash/Fehr is terrible.

I would have thought that he would have demoted Kozlov after his last performance. I will just assume that old BB knows what he is doing.

I think that should read

Laich-Steckel-Fehr on the 3rd line
