We should get some breaks in the clouds over the next hour or so.. maybe a quick jump in temps as showers pass.

I have one major issue with weather modification though. Who would get to decide what the weather will be like for a certain area? I can see how this could have major downfalls...

Jim, I think the warm front sort of got "hung up" near us for a while rather than moving north towards the Mason-Dixon line as predicted, hence the higher rainfall here at noontime.

What happened to the 70 degree weather, and slight chance of occasional showers? It's 53 degrees here and raining steadily.
