How do game-goers (especially those of us schlepping via poorly running Metro) find out if the game is postponed due to weather?

It's very unlikely a game will be postponed in advance due to 35% chance of thunderstorms. (Hurricanes or all-day, all-night soakers, maybe.)

I'd certainly bring a towel for wiping off the seats before you sit down! According to the Nats' guide, only small, collapable umbrellas are allowed in the park.

Yep ... don't see any reason tonight's game would be postponed.

any thoughts on whether it's a good bet to buy tix for Sunday's game? Mom wants to see the new stadium, but not get soaked.

mps -- Pretty good chance the rain on Sunday holds off until after the game ... temps in the 60s.
