As the Nats approach 100 regular-season losses, it's only fitting they may reach this unenviable milestone in a literal storm. That's if the game is played. This forecaster gives 50/50 odds the game is postponed due to weather. If you go, bring the rain gear.

NatCast appears on the day of every Nationals home game. Also, see our full forecast through the weekend.

Actually, at this time of year, with two teams that are out of the playoff hunt, they'd be much more likely to cancel and refund instead of postpone.

Refund, did you say refund? Haven't you been paying attention? Lerner doesn't pay rent, Lerner doesn't pay scouts, Lerner doesn't pay vendors, Lerner doesn't pay players expenses, Lerner won't be sending out refunds.

The Os recently had a similar situation, and ticket-holders received credit, applicable to a game next season.

Question is, how soon will they postpone? Before Game time or make everyone come and then send them home?

Thats exactly what I'm wondering. When will we know if the game has been canceled or postponed?

"When will we know if the game has been canceled or postponed?"

At 9:17pm, when it was announced at Nationals Park after two hours and seven minutes of waiting in the rain. (At least the "Inaugural Season" tchochkes were on sale.)
