Weatherman Unfazed by Falling Piece of Map

You know when someone is counting or calculating something, and you start shouting out numbers to confuse and annoy them. Seems like this guy -- Francis Wilson, called the "coolest man in the world" by singer Rod Stewart -- wouldn't be bothered in the least...

Not on this point but: the weather page in the daily metro section has always listed a NOAA/NWS phone number (703-260-0107) to get Bay marine forecasts (and some other stuff). When that number is now dailed, the message says not in service. Has this NOAA phone forecast service been discontinued?

@fischerrl

NOAA's web page would indicate this number should be up and running. May be it's just a temporary problem.

Oh that silly East Anglia. They're always attacking unsuspecting weathermen. He should have known!
