92: The record high temperature at Dulles airport each of those 3 days, and the high at Reagan National on Sunday

97: The high temperature in Frederick, Md. on Sunday, the hottest maximum temperature in the entire U.S. that day!

15: The number of degrees above normal at Reagan National (DCA) averaged over the last three days

1094: The number of record high temperatures tied or broken in the lower 48 states since April 20

87: The temperature at 1:54 a.m. in Salisbury, Md. on Sunday due to an unusual late night heat burst, and the temperature inside my house at 11:20 p.m. last night when I was compiling these numbers. Ugh.

105: the temperature it felt like yesterday. i want spring back!

One last day of heat before back to April reality.

The folks around Davis W.Va. who had 5.5 inches of snow last week probably appreciate this warmth.

Temps. today are forecast to be 24 degrees above normal in southeast Pennsylvania and 24 degrees below normal in northwest Montana.

The demarcation zone will hopefully give us showers for several days beginning in some areas later tonight.
