PM Update: Stubborn clouds prepare to dwindle
Sunshine increases during the day Tuesday

Clouds that have been hard to fully kick out of the area still remain, mainly over eastern sections. The further west one goes the more sun there's been. Highs today were mostly in the upper 50s (cloudier spots) to the low 60s (sunnier spots). For those ready for a stretch of calm and possibly rain-free weather, it looks like we may just be able to deliver!
Through Tonight: Evening temperatures fall back through the 50s as skies remain variably cloudy. We stay partly to mostly cloudy overnight which should keep temperatures from free falling. Lows near 40 in the suburbs to the mid-40s downtown should do it.
Tomorrow (Tuesday): The whole area should begin to break into a sunnier pattern that could last a while. Any morning cloudiness should trend mostly clear by late in the day as a cold front pushes through and then off to the east. Highs should reach the low, maybe even middle, 60s. Breezes from the northwest could be occasionally gusty behind the front.

I hope one of the CWG photographers is out trying to get a shot of the moon. I got a peek of it through the breaking clouds as it was rising, and it was quite beautiful.
