StrasCast: Future starts getting cloudy?
* Our Full Forecast | Weather Wall | NatCast | Nationals Journal *
Like many Washingtonians, we at Capital Weather Gang are looking forward to Stephen Strasburg's imminent entrance onto the D.C. sports scene, and are wondering if we might hold the "golden ticket" to his first major league start. The Nats are finally giving us a clue as to when that will be (during the June 8-10 series against the Pirates at Nationals Park). But even that timetable seems like it's still in flux, and could depend on how things go in his next scheduled minor league start for Class AAA Syracuse -- which, in turn, could of course be affected by the weather. And so we add to the speculation on Strasburg's D.C. debut with yet another data point: the forecast for his next start. Check back each day for updates...
