StrasCast: All eyes on the eighth
* Our Full Forecast | Weather Wall | NatCast | Nationals Journal *
The warm-up act is done. Stephen Strasburg's minor league career is complete, at least for now, with few issues (weather or otherwise). Now, all eyes turn to Nationals Park on June 8 for Strasburg's projected first major league start. The Pirates will be in NatsTown, and from the looks of it, so will many of you (though, apparently, good seats still available). What could derail Strasmas? The weather of course! So, each day, as the weather warrants, we'll update you on how the forecast is shaping up for Strasburg's D.C. debut (and what it means for those of you holding tickets to it)...
StrasCast - Scheduled Major League Debut

Projected start: Tuesday June 8 vs Pittsburgh Pirates
Location: Nationals Park
First Pitch: 7:05 p.m.
Temperature: Comfortable for an early-summer evening -- in the 70s
Weather: High pressure should be in control through at least part of Tuesday, but will it stick around for the game? Or could a shower or storm make an appearance? Still too early to tell.
