Funny! What's the funniest thing that's happened accidentally to any of the Weather Gang while reporting the weather?

I think we have accidentally deleted a post or two over the years, but found a way to restore them (whew!) :)

Also, I think last year, I re-published a very old post of mine.. somehow I made it appear current and it published in the day's post stream :)

Well Alice, I've got a good one from collge. Our communications dept had a Daily news show that went out to the college and the immediate area. Once a week or so I'd go on and report the weather. Well, once, the anchor I was working with was a friend of mine in a sorority that my fraternity would host parties with occasionally. Thusly, she was used to calling me by my nickname. When it came time to throw it over me for the weather, she forgot my actual name, paused, muttered an expletive, and put her head down on the desk. It was all I could do not to break down laughing on camera. It was a taped broadcast but they don't edit it so made everyone I knew tape that one. I gotta have a copy of it somewhere.
