Today on the Hill

The Senate will convene at 9:55 a.m. ET and will proceed with impeachment proceedings of Samuel B. Kent, a judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. The Senate will later resume consideration of Harold Koh to be legal advisor of the Department of State. At 11:00 a.m., the Senate will proceed to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination.

The House is in session and meets at 10:00 a.m. for legislative business, and will proceed to consideration of H.R. 2892, the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2010.

What's to say? This guy is yet one more example of the absolutely arrogant, power abusive, abyssmal creeps, which the Republican Party has become infamous for contributing to the courts.
