Today on the Hill
The Senate convenes at 9:30 a.m. ET and resume debate on the nomination of Harold Koh to be legal adviser for the State Department, post-cloture. A vote on the nominaton is expected around 5:30 p.m.
The House is in session and will meet at 10 a.m. for legislative business. The House will take up complete consideration of H.R. 2647, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010.
