The House meets at 9:00 a.m. for legislative business, particularly consideration of H.R. 2918, the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2010, and H.Res. 520, on the "impeaching Samuel B. Kent, judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, for high crimes and misdemeanors."
