Today on the Hill
The Senate convenes at 11:00 a.m. ET and will begin consideration of S.1390, Department of Defense Appropriations bill. At 4:30 p.m., the Senate will hold an Executive Session to consider the nomination of Robert M. Groves to be Director of the Census.
The House meets at 2:00 for legislative business. Votes will be postponed until 6:30 p.m.
