The Senate convenes at 10:00 a.m. ET and will resume consideration of S.1390, the DoD Authorization bill. The Senate will recess from 12:30 until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus luncheons.
The House will meet at 10:30 a.m. ET. Votes are expected around 2:00 p.m.
