The Senate convenes at 9:30 a.m. ET today and will resume consideration of S1390, the Department of Defense Authorization bill. Roll call votes are expected throughout the day.
The House will meet at 10:00 a.m. ET for legislative business and will consider H.R. 3288, the Department of Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010.
