Today on the Hill
The Senate convenes at 9:30 a.m. ET and will use morning business hours (9:30 to 12:30) for floor tributes to the late Sen. Ted Kennedy. After 12:30, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Cass Sunstein to be Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget.
The House meets at 10:00 a.m. The last vote is predicted to fall between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m.
