Today on the Hill
The Senate convenes at 9:30 a.m. ET and will resume consideration of H.R.3326, Defense appropriations. There will be no roll call votes on Friday. At 3:30 p.m., Paul Kirk will be sworn in as senator from Massachusetts.
The House meets at 9 a.m. ET. Final votes are predicted to fall around 1:00 p.m.
