It's decision day. That is, today marks the day in which the Senate Finance Committee votes on its highly debated health-care bill and senators who have wavered over which way to throw their support make up their mind. Committee members are expected to meet at 10 a.m. to discuss the bill one more time and then to vote a few hours later, according to wires.
