Gameday links
Three hours from kickoff here at Scott Stadium, and the sky is gray with a steady wind. It's supposed to stretch into the 70s today, so we'll see if the weather is more agreeable than the past two games. Here are some stories to get you ready:
Virginia remembers what Duke did to the Cavaliers last season, although that game helped change the perception of Duke football. Virginia should be ready for Duke this time.
The big story with the game is how Virginia's secondary handles Duke's passing game. The matchup might be a dream or a nightmare for the cornerbacks.
Duke's David Cutcliffe could win ACC coach of the year. His special teams has been much improved.
On the recruiting trail, the Cavaliers are looking at a pair of Hargrave prospects.
And make sure to check out this story about Virginia women's soccer player Katie Carr by the Washington Post's Steve Yanda. It is the first part of a series on bench players.
Finally, a daily look around U-Va. athletics...
