One day until kickoff. Here are the stories to get you in the mood...

In this morning's Washington Post, you can read about how Brandon Woods's life changed in the span of one week -- and how he received Coach Al Groh's approval.

Saturday's game can be seen as an elimination game. It won't help Georgia Tech if the Yellow Jackets are "cursed", as some believe. It helps Virginia that Mikell Simpson will return from his neck injury. Virginia has already shown it can stop Georgia Tech's offense.

The redshirt debate continues to linger with Coach Al Groh. Also, former Virginia lineman Ray Roberts will be honored on Saturday.

On the other side, Georgia Tech's Josh Nesbitt has become one of the top players in the ACC. It has come at the expense of former ACC offensive player of the year Jonathan Dwyer.
