Wednesday Morning Links
Before we get to this morning's stories, it's worth nothing that Anthony Poindexter's jersey will be retired before Saturday's game against Indiana. Poindexter, a former defensive back and current defensive backs coach, is one of the best players in Virginia history. Make sure you check Cavaliers Journal this week for more on Poindexter.
Onto the morning links...
Ten true freshmen have played for Virginia this season, and Coach Al Groh measures each decision to burn a redshirt. More on Tyler Brosius, a former Virginia commit who now appears headed to N.C. State. ESPN.com's Pat Forde thinks Butch Davis should apologize for losing to Virginia. And here's a "Did you know?" about Groh.
On the other side, Indiana needs to pressure Jameel Sewell to win on Saturday. Virginia must account for emerging wide receiver Tandon Doss. The Hoosiers must figure out their punting problems.
