Definately Dom Starsia. 2 National Championships (2003, 2006. Plus one in 1999).

I love what B'OC has done with the baseball team, and they had a great run last year, but the team has under performed in the post season the previous 3 years.
Compare that to Boland who has turned the Hoos into one of the best teams in the nation with indoor championships and outdoor final 4s.
And if you want true results, then you can't look past Dom or Bernardino.

O'Conner has raised that program from nothing.

Brian O'Connor? No way. His teams underperformed pretty much every year until last year. One great season isn't enough to jump ahead of Bernardino, who has probably a dozen ACC Coach of the Year awards this decade.
You can make good arguments for Boland and Starsia, too. Tennis is perennially one of the best in the nation as is lacrosse. But O'Connor, no way.
