The big story in Saturday's loss to Wake Forest was the first-half foul trouble. With that, the team's momentum halted and an ordinarly joyous locker room was solemn.

The game proved that the Cavaliers need Sylven Landesberg to win. It also needs to play better defense, which it can learn to do from Wake Forest.
