Update on undrafted Cavaliers
The NFL Draft came and went, and only Chris Cook was selected from U-Va. Fullback Rashawn Jackson and defensive lineman Nate Collins appeared to have a good shot of being selected, but neither was picked. The same is true about Mikell Simpson, Vic Hall, Will Barker and Jameel Sewell, among others. I tracked down the agents for each player, and here's an update on where they're going:
- Vic Hall signed a contract with the Chicago Bears -- published reports previously linked him to the Baltimore Ravens -- and he will play offense and special teams.
- Will Barker signed a contract with the Dallas Cowboys.
- Mikell Simpson signed a contract with the Cincinnati Bengals.
- Rashawn Jackson signed a contract with the Carolina Panthers.
- Nate Collins signed a contract with the New York Giants.
- Jameel Sewell was invited to the Miami Dolphins' rookie mini-camp for a tryout.
- Denzel Burrell was invited to the Cleveland Browns' rookie mini-camp for a tryout.

No offense to Sewell, but he can't honestly be trying to play QB in the NFL, right? Right?? Maybe he'll try to turn himself into some sort of ARE-type hybrid guy.
