FINAL: Oklahoma 10, Virginia 7
Just like last Sunday, Virginia failed to advance when given the opportunity and now faces an elimination game Monday at 7 p.m. following a 10-7 loss to Oklahoma when Robert Morey (2 IP, 3 H, 6 ER, 3 BB, 1 K) struggled and the Cavaliers left six runners stranded.
Even when they crept back into the game, the bullpen failed them. Now, a trip to Omaha starts with the right arm of Branden Kline, who will start Monday's game.
There will be updates in the morning. In the mean time, leave your thoughts below or e-mail me at bermanz@washpost.com.
