Smells Like a Sellout: Courtney Love has agreed to sell a 25 percent stake in Nirvana's song catalog in a $50 million deal. Love owns 98 percent of the legendary grunge band's catalog (the remaining two percent is split between former Nirvana members Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic).
