Anna Nicole Wins Supreme Court Battle

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, writing for the Supreme Court, said Anna Nicole Smith -- a former topless dancer who rose to fame in the mid-1990s as a Playboy playmate and Guess model -- has the right to pursue a portion of her deceased husband's estate. Smith married billionaire J. Howard Marshall II in 1994, when he was 89. Marshall died a year later and Smith has been battling with Marshall's son, E. Pierce Marshall, for a portion of the family fortune ever since.
