Breaking News: Lohan Avoids Felony Charges

Looks like TMZ called it right: Lindsay Lohan avoided felony charges for her two DUI cases. Instead, prosecutors filed seven misdemeanor charges against the struggling starlet. Reports claim that a plea bargain deal may be announced later today.
