Jessica Simpson, aka 'Sexual Napalm,' speaks out
Jessica Simpson is not the forgiving kind.
At least when it comes to ex-boyfriend John Mayer. You may recall that Mayer, in a recent Playboy article, went into explicit detail about his sex life with Simpson -- whom he dated for 10 months back in 2006-2007 -- in which he called her "sexual napalm" and compared her to crack cocaine.
Aside from resenting the comments, Simpson tells Oprah Winfrey on today's show that she feels sorry for Mayer:
"I tried to read the article, and I was so disappointed in him. It made me so sad, and it was really discouraging because that's not the John that I knew... I hope he gets his life together."
Simpson also says Mayer did apologize for the comments, but that she didn't accept the apology.
"I'm just going to let that go. That part of my life is over."
Simpson has since been linked to Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and, more recently, Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan. For his part, John Mayer went on to date Jennifer Aniston, but seems to lately be in an exclusive relationship with his Twitter account.
