'The Avengers' makes its mark at Comic-Con 2010

Updated below, with video
The rumors about who, exactly, would star in Marvel's movie version of "The Avengers" swirled for weeks. Most fans of the franchise or followers of movie news pretty much knew what the cast was going to look like.
Nevertheless, the moment when Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Chris Evans (Captain America), Robert Downey, Jr. (Iron Man), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye) and Mark Ruffalo (now confirmed as the Hulk) gathered on stage for the first time Saturday undeniably became the most electrifying moment of San Diego Comic-Con. Fans in Hall H went into a full-on tizzy -- one heightened when director Joss Whedon walked onstage -- and Comic-Con attendees were still chattering Sunday about the reveal.
Update: Video of the big moment has been posted here in Celebritology. What do you make of these Avengers? Is Ruffalo a good choice for the Hulk?

No Scarlet Witch or Yellowjacket/AntMan? I cry foul.
