Justin Bieber avoids water balloon-related arrest

By Sarah Anne Hughes

Justin Bieber: Outlaw? (AP)

Justin Bieber may look innocent, but don't let that shaggy haircut fool you. At his Maryland State Fair concert last Sunday, Bieber was "horsing around with members of his staff" and threw water balloons at state troopers, a state police spokesman said. The liquid-filled projectiles struck two officers, but no incident report was filed for Bieber's "inappropriate behavior." He was apparently saved by a bodyguard who talked the cops out of arresting the teen sensation. Bieber himself has been the victim of a water-filled item throwing incident. YouTube footage of the Bieb being whacked in the head by a water bottle surfaced last month.

Seems to me like Bieber received special treatment. In June, a teen in Georgia was arrested on three felony charges of throwing water balloons at moving cars, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. I guess it's good to be the Bieb.

What a little s**t. Doesn't JuBie have any grownups around who can teach him manners and respect for law enforcement officers? Or can't sensible adults get past the hordes of screaming 10-year-old girls? Try doing that at the TSA, little boy, and you'll be in cuffs faster than you can say "spoiled brat."

The Bieb should be held responsible for his actions and for a million wanna-be bad Beatle hair cuts.....MJBH

The first time he should be given a warning. "Do this again, kid, and we're throwing you in jail with Lindsay Lohan." Second offense, he GOES to jail with Lindsey Lohan AND Paris Hilton.

I think the most appalling part of this story is that child has a staff.

What a disgrace this kid is, he should be held responsible for his actions.

Is it awful for me that I would actually pay to see this kid get arrested? Especially if he resisted? Oh, the thought of him getting proned out on the ground and tased is just awesome. The fangirl tears would be delicious!

Even more appalling is that apparently his staff isn't allowed to deter him from bad behavior.

Shouldn't this child have his baby sitter with him to correct his behavior?
