The death of 36-year-old Dan Gordon-Levitt (older brother of actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt) may be drug-related.
"It was initially reported to us as a possible overdose," said Los Angeles County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter in an interview with E! News. "There were two friends present and one of them also was taken to the hospital."
An autopsy has been performed, but the cause of death won't be determined released until the results of toxicology tests are in.
On Tuesday, Joseph Gordon-Levitt announced the death of his brother on Twitter, writing: "My super hero brother @burningdan 1974-2010."
