Rumor Mill: Christina Aguilera files for divorce from Jordan Bratman

Christina Aguilera today filed for divorce from husband of almost five years Jordan Bratman. According to TMZ.com, the divorce petition cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.
A few more details:
According to the divorce docs, there is a prenup. The divorce petition asks that "Earnings and accumulations of [Aguilera] before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation" be considered separate property.
On Tuesday, Aguilera and Bratman released a joint statement confirming their separation, but stressing that their "commitment to our son Max remains as strong as ever."
