Apparently what happens in New York stays in New York.
Charlie Sheen, whose most recent escapade involved a trashed New York hotel room and a visit to the hospital, will return to work this week, according to his manager.
"Charlie will be working this week doing a cameo role, playing himself, in a small movie as a favor to a friend and has every intention of going back to work on Two and a Half Men on Tuesday," his manager Mark Burg said in a statement to People magazine. "He's looking forward to working."
Denise Richards called in to Howard Stern's show Tuesday morning and while she talked about her relationship with Sheen, the incident at the Plaza was not mentioned.
Denise Richards called in to Howard Stern's show Tuesday morning and while she talked about her relationship with Sheen, the incident at the Plaza was not mentioned. Later in the day, she did admit to Joy Behar that she accompanied Sheen to the hospital.
"We're in an amazing place, we've been getting along great for the last year, year-and-a-half," Richards said on The Joy Behar Show Tuesday evening. "We're doing our best, so as far as that situation, I'm trying to protect the girls from it as much as possible."
No word yet on whether this latest run-in with police will affect Sheen's probation, which was due to end next week. In August, Sheen pleaded guilty to assault in connection with a Christmas 2009 domestic dispute involving wife Brooke Mueller Sheen.
Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that other guests at the Plaza Hotel heard "primal screaming and swearing" from Sheen's room before police showed up and escorted him to the hospital.

So getting drunk, hooking up with a prostitute, trashing the hotel room, being arrested, and being hospitalized is just a normal weekend for Charlie Sheen.
